If you are worried about how they might speak and if you are concerned that they might say injurious things about the way that you function, this is not necessarily a person that you want to offer a job. Consider how you are going to move forward and consider how you are going to get the results that you need.

This is something that you need to keep in mind when you are doing telephone screening and the more time that you spend thinking about the people on the other end of the line, the better your chances are going to be when it comes to finding people who suit your company and the work that you have available.
